Ordering & payment

At CYELL we want to make sure your online shopping experience is smooth and enjoyable. Below you will find all the information you need about placing an order and payment options. Should you have any questions, we are always here to help.

How to place an order

1. Choose your products
Browse our collection and select the items you wish to purchase. Click on the desired product for more information and choose the size and color if applicable.

2. Add to cart
Click the 'Add to cart' button to add the item to your cart. You can continue shopping or proceed to your shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the page.

3. Check your shopping cart
View the contents of your shopping cart and check that everything is correct. Here you can also remove items or adjust the quantity.

4. Go to checkout
Click on 'Checkout' to place your order. Enter your shipping and payment information.

5. Confirm your order
Check your details again and confirm your order. After confirmation, you will receive an email with a summary of your order and confirmation of your purchase.

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your purchase. We strive to process and ship your order as soon as possible. If you have ordered before 15:00 on business days, your order is often shipped the same day.You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

At CYELL we like to make it as easy as possible for you to pay. Below is an overview of the payment methods we accept, as well as information on safe payment.

Payment methods

• iDEAL
  Pay quickly and easily through your own bank with iDEAL. This payment method is available for customers in the Netherlands.
• Credit card
  We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. Your credit card information is processed securely through our certified payment partner.
• PayPal
  Pay securely and quickly with your PayPal account. You will be redirected to the PayPal website during the checkout process to complete the payment.
• Riverty
  Pay in arrears with Riverty. Receive your order first and pay later. This option is available for customers in the Netherlands & Belgium. For questions or more information, please refer to https://www.riverty.com/nl-nl/.
• Bancontact
  Available for our Belgian customers. Pay simply and securely via Bancontact.
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
