Ordering
How do I place an order?
To place an order, select your desired item and size, add it to your shopping cart and follow the steps in the checkout process. You can checkout as a guest or create an account for faster future ordering.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we cannot change it. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to help you, but cannot guarantee cancellation if the package has already been packed or shipped.
How do I know if my order was successful?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service.
Can I use a discount code with my order?
Yes, you can enter your discount code during the checkout process. Please note that only one discount code can be used per order and must be valid at the time of purchase.
Shipping
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
Within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany you pay from 50 euros no shipping costs. In the Netherlands ordered on weekdays before 15:00, is shipped the same day. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. Please check our Shipping page for detailed information.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Changing the shipping address after placing an order is unfortunately not possible. Please check your details carefully before confirming your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace code from DHL allowing you to track your package.
What happens if I am not at home when delivery takes place?
If you are not at home, the deliverer will leave a message with instructions for a second delivery attempt or where you can pick up the package.
Pay
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept several payment methods, including iDeal, Bancontact, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Riverty. View our Pay page for more information.
Are there additional charges for certain payment methods?
CYELL does not charge extra for using the payment methods offered.
What should I do if my payment has failed?
If your payment failed, first check your payment details and try again. If the problem persists, please contact our customer service team at +31 (0)33 2997465 or cyellshop@cyell.com for further assistance.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes, we use secure connection to ensure that your payment and personal information is processed securely. Our payment partners meet the highest security standards.
Can I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, you can request an invoice from our customer service department at cyellshop@cyell.com or our contact page.
Where can I enter my discount code?
You can enter your discount code in the checkout screen. Place the code in the 'Discount code' field and then click 'Apply'.
I chose the payment method Riverty, but I did not receive an invoice. What now?
If you have also not received an order confirmation from CYELL received, the email address you entered is probably incorrect. Our customer service can be reached at cyellshop@cyell.com or by phone at +31 (0)33 2997465 to change the email address. It is also convenient to contact Riverty to change your email address.
My new invoice from Riverty is not correct. What now?
Something probably went wrong while processing your return. Please contact customer service. Our customer service can be reached at cyellshop@cyell.com or by phone at +31 (0)33 2997465 to assist you further.
Returning
How can I return an article?
Not satisfied with your Cyell items? You can return them up to 14 days after receiving your order. You can only register a return via https://cyell.returnista.com.

Do I have to pay for the return?
You are responsible for the cost of returning a shipment. The cheapest option is to create a shipping label through https://cyell.returnista.com. Costs may vary by country and shipping party.
For your information, return costs within the Netherlands are €4.95.
How long will it take to get my money back?
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
Warranty
Do I have a warranty with CYELL?
You have a 1 year warranty on manufacturing defects at CYELL. We do not guarantee wear or discoloration, damage due to negligence or failure to follow washing instructions. If within the period of 1 year an item is damaged or you have another complaint, please contact our customer service, quoting the order number and a description of the complaint. Our customer service will offer you an appropriate solution.
Other questions
Is exchange possible?
At CYELL it is not possible to exchange items. If you want a different item, size or color, you can place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.
Will sold-out items come back in stock?
Sold-out items may still be replenished. We recommend signing up for a notification via the desired item. You will receive an email when the item has been restocked. Are you looking for a specific item? Please contact us via cyellshop@cyell.com to request an outlet list for your favorite item. Do not forget your (cup)size with it.
What should I do if I received an incorrect or defective item?
Please contact our customer service department as soon as possible at cyellshop@cyell.com or +31 (0)33 2997465. We will give you instructions on how to return the item and provide an appropriate solution.
Do I need to create an account to order?
You can also checkout as a guest, an account is not required. However, creating an account offers benefits such as a faster checkout process, order history and exclusive offers.
How do I reset my password?
Click on the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.
