At CYELL we strive to deliver your orders to your door quickly and efficiently. Below you will find all the information about our shipping options, delivery times and any shipping costs.

Shipping costs & delivery times

You pay at CYELL no shipping costs for orders over € 50 within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. If you order in the Netherlands on weekdays before 15:00, you will almost always receive your order the next day (excluding holidays). For other countries, see delivery times and prices below.

Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace code from DHL. With this code you can easily follow the status of your package.

At CYELL We strive for your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return it. Follow the steps below to make your return quick and hassle-free. Please note that you as the buyer are responsible for the cost of a return.

Step 1: Check the return conditions 

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. 
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached. 

Step 2: Package the items. 

• Pack the items to be returned along with the return form in the original packaging or other sturdy shipping packaging. 

Step 3: Report your return to Returnista 

• You can only register a return via https://cyell.returnista.com. 
• Follow the steps in Returnista and take the package to a drop-off point of your choice. Be sure to keep your proof of shipping. 

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

Step 4: Receive your refund 

• After receiving and verifying your return, you will receive a confirmation email within 14 business days. 
• The refund will be made via the same payment method you used when placing the order. Please note that it may take a few days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
